Oil is formulated and blended by BOSS for flat-bottom lifter engines: ‘Last-century quality using today’s technology’
CALGARY, Canada (Sept. 24, 2025)—It’s classic news for the classic car crowd.
BOSS Lubricants, Canada’s fastest-growing independent lubricant manufacturer and wholesaler for the past three-plus decades, has acquired the business of Collector Automobile Motor Oil Ltd., known to many on the car-show circuit as CAMOil.
Since 2009, CAMOil, co-founded by Calgary’s Bob Zubkowski, has sold engine oil for the classic car crowd that’s formulated for flat-bottom lifter engines.
CAMOil has marketed its product—blended by BOSS Lubricants—as last-century quality using today’s technology.
“We are proud to continue to build Bob’s legacy in the classic car segment,” says BOSS Lubricants President and Chief Operating Officer Jarrett Flegel. “Bob has established a great market share in the classic and muscle car segment as well as a good network of distributors and resellers throughout Canada and into the United States.”
The BOSS network includes 13 branch/warehouse/storage/distribution facilities across Canada, as well as a coast-to-coast distribution network.
“We will continue to expand our footprint in Canada with the right partners and opportunities that present themselves,” says Jarrett.
