Building the BOSS in B.C.: BOSS purchases Kelowna’s Lubeworx Wholesale

Lubeworx has supplied oil, antifreeze and fluid additives to the Interior since 2003

CALGARY, Canada (Nov. 5, 2025)—At BOSS Lubricants, we’re now putting an even larger product base to “worx.”

BOSS Lubricants, Canada’s fastest growing lubricant manufacturer and wholesaler, has purchased Lubeworx Wholesale—a Kelowna-based wholesale distributor of preventative maintenance products in the British Columbia Interior.

Since 2003, Lubeworx has distributed multiple brands of bulk and packaged oil, antifreeze and fluid additives. Lubeworx has been an authorized distributor of BOSS Lubricants-branded products since 2018.

The transaction gives BOSS Lubricants a stronger position in B.C., where existing branch locations are located in Abbotsford, Delta and Kelowna.

“Jody Evans (Lubeworx Wholesale owner and founder) and I have developed a great business and personal relationship over the years, which has culminated in making this a successful deal for both parties,” says Jarrett Flegel, the President and Chief Operating Officer of BOSS Lubricants.

“Jody will continue to operate his bulk antifreeze and windshield washer fluid business while contracting to BOSS Lubricants to make the transition seamless as possible.”
